Agreement and merchant responsibilities

These Terms govern use of Restocky, a Shopify inventory management application operated by Jacqueline O'Donnell. By installing or using Restocky, the merchant agrees to these Terms.

Restocky provides features such as purchase orders, reorder alerts, simple reorder suggestions, inventory sync, and stocktakes for Shopify stores.

  • Provide accurate store information and maintain lawful business operations
  • Use the app in compliance with Shopify terms and applicable laws
  • Review purchase order, receiving, and stock adjustments before confirming actions
  • Keep Shopify admin credentials and account access secure

Billing, availability, and liability

Paid access is billed through Shopify's recurring app subscription system. Charges, trial terms, and renewal timing are shown during plan approval in Shopify admin.

We work to keep Restocky reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts paid for the app during the 12 months before the claim, and indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

Related terms and contact

Use of Restocky is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Merchants may stop using the app by uninstalling it, and we may suspend or terminate access for legal, security, or policy reasons.
